During summer 2008 four guys from different musical
backgrounds got together in Rimini, Italy, to give birth to the
"Lemon Scented Project". Only a few months later, they
would perform as headliners at "Sotterranei festival" playing
their brand-new songs on the stage of "Velvet Club &
Factory", a 30 year historical rock club where almost all
underegound music legend gigged.
Their first self produced demo, Squeezing, is an original
blend of various music styles, from classic and progressive
rock to indie sound, built up on solid roots made of classic
folk, blues and american country music.
"Lemon Scented Project" is the result of a one-year lasting
studio work, attained to mix all the different musical affections of the 4 members, and find out a unique
style thorough simple but carefully set up tunes.
