Been making rave tunes for around 3 years, started mucking about on FL with no clue on how to compose music but a drive to make tunes that could make people go nuts on a dance floor. I moved on to Ableton last year and really enjoy working with it. Recently I've been using a lot of rave samples and breakbeat/4x4 drum patterns to try and create a more distinguished sound for myself. I love the oldskool sounds I'm getting from this but am keen on mixing it up with harsh, fast paced basslines. I take influence from a few different artists and genres as is probably apparent in the tracks I have uploaded here. I'm well into Bassline/ Breakcore/ Jungle Hardcore/ Breakbeat/ Hardtek...
Last year I started a HND Sound Production course, it's focused around studio work and live recording but there are large elements of it that have been transferable to my own production and I've enjoyed learning about the broader aspects of music production outside of the rave music scene. I'm learning all the time and welcome constructive feedback on any of my work!
Recently I've had the awesome opportunity to remix Kanji Kinetics "Citizens Unite" for Horror Boogie, it was a pretty daunting request and took a lot of work but I'm happy with the result and so excited to be part of a release with such respected producers. I currently have an original release in the works for Horror Boogie which will be coming out in a few months time.
