Mexico will select a new president this weekend with the PRI's Enrique Pena Nieto leading the polls. And this week, the decision by Paraguay's parliament to impeach and then remove President Fernando Lugo has caused diplomatic waves throughout Latin America. The entire program is focused on these important presidential changes.
