Having relocated from London to the sunny shores of Dubai in Nov 06 things have not stopped for the owner of the Sports-Lifestyle Agency Calypso.
However to most music lovers Kristian is known as the promoter behind some of the city's longest running and most influential parties and the face behind the Ministry of Sound, Bargrooves and Imperia brands in the region.
Outside of his own events Kristian can be often be found playing his own take on everything from Downtempo Lounge beats, Disco, Funk and Deep House across Dubai's hottest spots (Nasimi Beach | 360 | Trilogy | Sanctuary | XL).
As firm believer in music with 'soul' Kristian has been lucky enough to have booked / played alongside many of his biggest musical influences over the years (Louis Vega, Tony Humphries, Osunlade, Karizma...) and has been a familiar face on the house music scene since the mid-90s.
A frequent contributor within the Dubai music press (TimeOut, Infusion & DJ magazines) Kristian likes to keep heavily involved in the local music scene and though his network of events has been able to give breaks to many of the local DJs now making a name for themselves across Dubai.
Alongside his music driven events Kristian is also heavily involved in the ongoing delivery of a number of successful corporate concepts, product launches and private events for international clients such as Nokia, Audi, Nike, Puma, Adidas, Hewlett Packard,and Dubai Holdings.

@GarethisOnit: Yep, big track for me... play a lot of the Clara folky sounding stuff on my downtempo sets also, Let Your Heart Be Free is massive!
This reminds me of playing early Saturday sets at Nasimi... I miss those slots when we could play anything as long as it was 'good' ha ha! And this featured in a good few of my sunsets!
