The idea is simple. Long time collaborators Ryan Origin and Jeffrey Francis Tovar wanted to change the way they were participating in music, so the KURU project was born. Combining elements of bass, techno, and progressive dance music, KURU rocks dancefloors & captivates audiences with their unique brand of left-leaning sonics. Busy in the studio since 2008, their collaborations and original music have found their way onto some of the most seminal imprints in dance music today, with exponential growth on the horizon. On stage, their live performances cover ground untouched by others; dual-laptops create the perfect conditions to get lost in the worlds they design. Kuru are the Universal Architects, crafting alternate possibilities for all to explore.
