Over the last 10 years Kris O’Rourke has played at some of the most prolific club nights in the UK & has also done guest spots in Ibiza & Australia. He has built himself a reputation that has earned him residencies at clubs including Progress, Sunday Service & the legendary after hours club Insomniacz (which was given the title of #1 club in the country by Ministry magazine!) where he was resident alongside Paul Glazby.
Playing to large crowds around the UK at popular clubs including Storm, Kris has found himself on the same line-ups as many of the top UK hard house DJ’s & has proven himself to be a DJ who has managed to stand out in his own right when put alongside his peers.
Recently music production has been his main focus where he has had tracks & remixes signed to respectable hard house labels including, Tripoli Trax, Toolbox, Fireball, Deprivation, Digital Cohesion, Outbreak Digital, Smalltown, Stereodays, Renewable NRG & Boshed Hard. His tracks & remixes have been getting a good response from both clubbers & DJ’s alike & have been getting support from some of the big names in the scene including: Andy Farley, Justin Bourne, Paul Maddox, Nik Denton, Ben Stevens, Rodi Style, James Nardi & JP & Jukesy to name a few.Kris has also had tracks & remixes featured in the Hard Dance Top 100 Chart on www.trackitdown.net & been a regular fixture in their "Featured" releases section aswell as having tracks/remixes reviewed in IDJ (International DJ) Magazine & DJ Magazine.
Both Andy Farley & Rodi Style have featured some of Kris' work on their Slinky FM Shows! Kris' remix of Future Resonance - "Attention" (released on Renewable NRG) even being featured on Andy Farley's - Farley Time! Future Hard House album on Tidy!
Kris is now involved with hard house label Digital Cohesion working alongside Ian Jay (Hi Freak1c) as co label manager.
With his busy output of work, there will be plenty to come from Kris in the near future!
