hearing this for the first time i feel lotus plaza seems to be in a bad place. That place being in the "in between" of a pop song and a sonically interesting song. The trouble is that it is niether. His vocal delievery and melody arnt strong enough to truely make this a good pop song, and the sounds, timbre, and scope of the instrumentation dont quite make it the musically bliss that can be experinced by some of deerhunter's better song. But who knows maybe i just need more time....

love the drums in this song. I absolutely loved 'Come Back' and now this song...I cannot wait to see you guys at Lincoln Hall in one month!
