Since then he has worked on various projects under the new name Knightfreak, working on various genres from Breakbeat to Drumstep.
The last two years have been a very busy time for this budding producer, working on further remixes for Kouncilhouse with his take on his track ‘Hurricane’ featuring the immensely talented vocalist Scarlet Quinn, turning a mellow dubstep track into a full on nostalgic breakbeat anthem, gaining support and airplay across the globe including features and reviews in the top dog magazines such as Mixmag and Dj Mag. Along with his remix of ‘The Dub Pistols’ track 'Back to Daylight which featured on their rehash album, released on Rob da Bank’s Sunday Best label in April 2012, along side other legendary remixers such as likes of Bushwacka!, Paul Daley of Leftfield, Ben & Lex + Wrongtom.

From this Kinghtfreak has gone on to gain a publishing deal with the major label Warner music, with two of his tracks being featured in their prestige and extensive licensing catalogue.
The next big thing instore for Knightfreak is his debut solo release on Rub a Duck a sister label of the infamous Black Hole Recordings, founded by Tijs Verwest (Tiësto) and Arny Bink in 1997. Rub A Duck is a new and exiting label focused on releasing the best in dubstep, rave, electro and drum n bass. His release set for October the 8th consists of a 5 track EP titled ‘Princess Mononoke’s Moon rave EP’, which is a unique genre spanning selection from Rave orientated break beat, to ambient half time Drum n Bass, through to hard hitting Drumstep set to make an impact on the Bass Music scene. But before the EP an exiting collaboration between Knightfreak, Kouncilhouse, and the legend Ashley Slater, who was in the band Freak Power with Norman Cook a.k.a. Fatboy Slim, the colab is set for release on Rub A Duck in late September, the single titled ‘Lucky 7’ is an atmospheric rocking club track with a cinematic atmosphere, accompanied by some tasty remixes from the Drum and Bass prodigy Intraspekt, and Leuce Rhythms.
