EST is the theme song to a failed web/television project about an undercover agent infiltrating the US Food & Drug Administration to uncover a conspiracy of unexplained food related deaths the agency is attempting to cover up. The series is designed to be exactly three seasons long with the eventual explanation that there is no formal conspiracy, and the deaths are just because we eat such amazingly shitty food in this country. It's like Alias meets PBS.
