John Norman's blend of driving, minimalist, soulful techno is one that will get dance floors moving. Whether through his deep and melodic original releases, rhythmic remixes, or slamming DJ sets, his obsession with sound can be heard loud and clear. His releases on 7Stars Music, UNT! Records, OneWay, EUN, TMR and 4PlayTrax see support from all corners of top DJ talent - supporters of his sound include Roland Klinkenberg, Tony Thomas, Wally Lopez, Jozef Mihalik, Anderson Noise, and more. His reputation for precise selection of top tracks caught the eye of label bosses at both 4PlayTrax and 7Stars music, for whom this taste-maker is now A&R as well.

John has played events throughout North America and Europe, including Ministry of Sound, Amsterdam Dance Event, Gigalum, Interfusion Music Summit, MEME Festival, Chemistry, and The Purple Room. Easily able to headline events with his signature jacking techno sound, or provide suitable support for major international acts, John has shared the stage with DJ Dan, Preach, Judge Jules, Hugo, Ronski Speed, and more - a testament to his versatility.

John has also created a mix series - The Original Language Global Session - to help his sound reach further across the globe. The OLGS has been hosted regularly on radio stations such as puredj.com in Holland, CityBeat Radio in Scotland, Undergroundradio.tv and Miami Beatz Radio in the US, and Canadian Techno.fm. In addition, his mixes have been featured on stations from England, Brazil, Croatia, Chile, Bulgaria, and was one of the final featured guests on DJ Preach’s Transatlantic Radio show who stated that John’s “mix of tech house will take you to a place you’ve never been”.
