In the couple of years since Kezokichi has been living in London he has made quite an impression - regular sets at his own "Back 2 Back" events held in the hippest quarters of the capital have built a feverishly dedicated following for what Time Out calls "a darn killer party".
In a short space of time after having moved to London, appearances in his new hometown soon included events for Vogue Magazine, Ministry Of Sound, Kitsune, Bad Life, 1234 Festival and Offset Festival, as well as collaborations with Trailer Trash.
European dates have seen Kezokichi play headline sets at Gaussian and Bombay Sapphire Milan Design Week, while elsewhere he has shared the decks for club dates with the likes of Boys Noize, Serge Santiago and Alex Metric.
Kezokichi's self-declared aim is to play sets of "beautiful music" which highlight his perfect mixing techniques and splice up all kinds of different genres, often achieved by playing his own bespoke re-edits and mashes which make up an essential part of his unique style.
Recently Kezokichi has been expanding his studio based work beyond simply producing material for his own DJ ‘playing out’ use and he has already released remixes for XY-ME, Monarchy and Autokratz, the latter breaking through to achieve his first national UK Radio One airplay.
