I took a break today, and dipped back into some very rare vinyl, pulled a few new things that I really dig off the digital promo folder and tossed in a few disco edits that I had laying around and created a mix at home for the first time in years. I tossed the tempo down to 119 and ended up in 110 after an hour. So I call the mix, "Slow You Roll". There is something really intimate when you play for yourself that I totally forgot about. Most of my mixes are recorded live. I did one thing different this time when I made this mix at home, I just played and hit record and didn't worry about what would happen or who would hear it. I promised myself, no stopping and starting over. This is what came out. It gets pretty interesting a little more than halfway into the mix. Hope this makes someones daily life a little bit easier..... Slow your Roll....

A little Herb Alpert for the end never hurt anyone. Rise, one of the greatest tracks of all time. It is all in the horns. DJ's, don't be afraid to play the horn solo, crowds will appreciate you going there, but you gotta hypnotize them first ;)
