I took a break today, and dipped back into some very rare vinyl, pulled a few new things that I really dig off the digital promo folder and tossed in a few disco edits that I had laying around and created a mix at home for the first time in years. I tossed the tempo down to 119 and ended up in 110 after an hour. So I call the mix, "Slow You Roll". There is something really intimate when you play for yourself that I totally forgot about. Most of my mixes are recorded live. I did one thing different this time when I made this mix at home, I just played and hit record and didn't worry about what would happen or who would hear it. I promised myself, no stopping and starting over. This is what came out. It gets pretty interesting a little more than halfway into the mix. Hope this makes someones daily life a little bit easier..... Slow your Roll....
