The art-inspired category at the 4th Annual Good Food Pie Contest is inspired by Chris Burden's installation at LACMA titled Metropolis II. Coincidentally Jonathan Gold (who will be a judge at the contest) once worked as a studio assistant to Chris Burden. KCRW's Evan Kleiman asked the Pulitzer Prize winning food writer to explain what he thinks a Metropolis II-inspired pie should look like.
