    A new chapter in Los Angeles Dodgers history begins today. Frank McCourt surrendered ownership of the team, and Guggenheim Baseball, led by Magic Johnson and incoming Dodgers President Stan Kasten, put down the final payment on the record $2.15 billion to control the historic franchise. Bill Shaikin is the national baseball writer for The Los Angeles Times and spoke to KCRW's Steve Chiotakis about what the change in ownership means for fans.
