Kasvihuone is one-man psybient/downtempo/IDM project. The word "kasvihuone" means "greenhouse" in english.

My name is Ville Huovila. I'm from Helsinki, Finland. I've been doing a lot of different kinds of musical things since to this day. I started playing cello since I was 4 years old and I played it 17 years. I quit that when I was 21 years old or so. Mainly because I noticed that classical music is not for me.
I started playing guitar when I was 6 years old and I still play sometimes.
My music production stuff is pretty much all I do now actually in daily basis. I've been making my own sounds pretty many years. I can't say when I started. Maybe around -05 or something like that, but I actually never released anything. It was "just for me"- kind of a thing.
Kasvihuone is the first more serious-minded thing I have going on now and I really hope to keep it fresh and good. And along with Kasvihuone I've learn a lot of things about producting music so its good. I hope you like the stuff!
