I think that this kind of small ambience sounds you have here really make the track a lot more lively. Perhaps you should try to implement them more often. Though of course this genre of music is very much about the lyrics/text and your guitar playing is beautiful. Good Current 93-ish wibe going on.

Never really listened to alot of spoken word, most all I've heard was maybe "Popular" by Nada Surf, close enough I guess lol. But this is beautiful.
