also, a bit of monomania helps. Been spending a lot of time this year in order to cook a bunch of new tracks before my daughter is born. Made me a tad, just a tad, maniac probably :)
@JustLeroy//: bunch of tips, all leading to spending a lot of time combining them randomly in order to obtain something at least 10% convincing :) More seriously, trial and errors, rehearsal, synthesizing with few h/w & s/w synths so I don't get lost in all the possibilities.
