Lost in the middle of the indian ocean, Kan was born in 1985 on the island of Mauritius. At the age of 10, he discovered trance music through a compilation brought from Europe, with tracks like Moby - Go or BBE – 7 days and one week.
For him, it was amazing to observe how electronic music could evoke such a rich variety of emotions and capable of painting elusive landscapes in his very mind.

He goes deeper in his quest for sound and encountered the Global Underground series, discovering the progressive house seduced by the dark atmospheres and sexy grooves.
For his lifetime, he has been exposed to a large cultural diversity of Mauritius, which shelters people of many traditions and believes such as hindu, chinese, muslim and christian alike. This blend of cultures with their distinct traditions and mysteries, creates a mixture of rich and very different perspectives.

What inspires him is the atmosphere that surrounds a track - to travel into different emotions. His signature is a focused groovy & percussive sound and driving you from the beginning to the end of the track.

His passion for music lead Kan into a music production, gratified early by winning 1st prize of a remix contest organised by KGB vodka and his first EP released in June 2011 on Gynoid got support from some of the famous djs of the techno scene.

Slowly building a name for himself, Kan regularly mixes at various private parties and nightclubs in Mauritius, where he played alongside djs like Joseph Capriati, Moshic, Radioslave, Popof to name a few.
