Any influence from Gold Panda on this one?

@andytheflutemaker: I think the same debate could be had with the Shamisen as well. I feel like Tsugaru Shamisen from Aomori is somewhat the contemporary evolution of traditional Shamisen. But it's definitely evolved in many ways over the years.

I haven't heard a track this beautiful in several years. I think.. the last track I heard of this caliber was back in 2000 or 2001 when I first heard a Piano version of Utada Hikaru's "First Love". This was truly amazing. Very well done.

Holy effin' crap, a Shakuhachi? I've been listening to Ensemble Nipponia for years, but I've never seen anyone other than Hiromitsu Agatsuma who makes a decent use of Japanese instruments for Jazz-ish tracks. Very well done!

Right at this spot, I can clearly imagine standing with my feet on the shore, waves rolling up and down the beach, hearing birds, the wind... Very good range of tones, excellent rhythm.

Amazing lead-in here.. Very well done. Reminds me of one track from the first Matrix film... very remotely, though.
