    I have had a passion for all things house for over 20 years, it all started for me dancing around a tiny little club in my hometown, Peterborough, called The Attic (god bless those fake IDs), the residents ended up forming Shades of Rhythm, it was an education I will never forget, listening to such a diverse selection of not just house but hip-hop, roots and reggae. Moving on, the desire to be involved in some way resulted in me teaming up with a friend to become a DJin' duo warming up for the likes of Carl Cox and Fabio and Grooverider (before their jungle days), the designing of flyers for local events and a brief spell in production with 4 friends under the guise "Fixation".

    Due to a drastic change in the scene around 92/93 I decided to take a break from djing which lasted almost 10 years, although for the entire time I never lost the passion for the music I love. A brief move to Cambridge in 2002 resulted in my desire to DJ being reignited and within a month of getting back behind the decks I was playing at various venues in the area every week. After returning back to London, after only a year, I played at a bar in Highbury every Friday for 3 years, it was during this time I was approached by Hat-Club to play at their second event.

    During nearly 5 years with Hat- Club I have played at all but one of their London events, one highlight being the chance to DJ at The Cross (you are sadly missed), and have also had the opportunity to play throughout the UK, Brighton Leeds, Bournemouth to name only a few. Hat-Club has also taken me abroad to both Hamburg and Ibiza, in Ibiza I played a two and a half hour set at Bora Bora, definitely the high point of my Djin' career made all the better by the fact that Alex Miles (musical director of Bora Bora) emailed the promoters praising myself and a colleague for playing, what he considered, the best sets of the entire season.

    While I still continue to play for Hat-Club, my style of choice is currently a more tech edged progressive sound..
