Born and raised in El Paso, TX, Jesse Talavera, AKA DJ Zion, but renown regionally as JT WILD started his musical journey when he was 15. Discovering House & Electro Music, he always felt he could create and produce hits of his own. It was at this moment that Jesse knew he wanted to be part of 'The Scene'.

He first became interested in the electronic music scene in 1996. After watching Dr. Dre at a local scene he was mesmerized by the energy that it created to hear the music. But it wasn’t until he heard the Bass and Beats of Roni Size that he was all in to be a DJ. In 1999, aged 18, to make his dreams come true instead of enjoying his last year in high school he worked to get his first set of turntables with some help from his Mum. At the age of 19, he was already getting gigs in El Paso, TX playing pro bono in some local areas. He did various warm up sets before the doors opened in clubs hosting major events in the El Paso night scene. Challenging to better himself he used some big names like Badboybill, Qbirt, Carol Cox, and Richard “Humpty Vision”, to create the best music he could. But none the less in 2005, he achieved his big break when he JT WILD realized he was big in the game.

It was after this point when he started getting gigs at big events such as Hot Import Nights at Dallas, TX and Mardi Gra and Halloween Events in local Nightclubs and Bars in El Paso, TX. Experiencing international exposer in Mexico dJing at a local hot spot known as Modelos, JT WILD was ready producing his own beats and acquiring that much more expertise in his craft. Having a Dj Style as diverse as his, he became proficient in House, varying in Electro, Techno, and Deep. Making any beat that came out his Belt Driving Gemini Turntables and Newark 2 Channel Mixer explode with bass making everybody and everything move. Later armed with an arsenal to include but not limited to a set of Techniques, a Behringer DJX700 mixer and the latest inclusion a Pioneer DJM-600 and a set of Pioneer CDJ-800MK2.

After receiving several offers, JT WILD joined SyndiKick Records, who is helping distribute his first internet release, 'Drunken Master' in 2012. Though at the moment the single is new to the scene many are to guess that this track is but of many that will circulate “The Scene” with the beat to rip through the ears of many. You can expect great things from JT WILD as he is a fighter and since 2005 has been working hard in the studio perfecting his craft.

Suffice to say, the House Music scene should be expecting big things from JT WILD in 2013.
