Many many thanks to Thomas for letting me do a cover of this magnificent song. The lyrics are so vivid and heartbreaking. I love the terminology of smelling the approaching rain as ancient cultures did. I hope you enjoy the result of our work and thank you for all of your comments and support. Many thanks also to PJ PROJECT for his great production and arrangement.

    I hear the distant thunder
    clouds roll like a train
    I see the coming lightening
    flashing over the maountain range

Oh baby, I can smell that rain
It's gonna hit me hard like a hurricane
You say your love remains the same
But baby, Oh baby, baby, oh baby
    I can smell the rain

You say your love is true
    but I've been watching you
    Your moods give you away
so I'm getting ready for a rainy day

    Did I hear the thunder
    did I see the lightening
    Is our love going under
    Well baby it's frightening

Oh baby, I can feel that rain
It's hitting me hard like a hurricane
Still you say your love remains the same
But baby, Oh baby, baby, oh baby
    I can feel the rain
