I was born and raised in Chicago. I grew up in the LoganSquare / Humbolt Park area listening to WBMX everyday. I've always loved music, it's my passion and my first love!! What can I say, its in my blood!! My first mixes were rooted from tape splicing which lead to my first pair of turntables at the age of 16. In my first year I was mixing at Jenals, and eventually the Rainbow, Excalibur, Eriks North, The Riviera, and so many other venues throughout Chicagoland and its surrounding suburbs. I produced my first record, CAN U DIG IT in 1990, which ended up becoming the 1 house track in Chicago under the label Streetlife. Eventually Jive Records bought the rights to the record and distributed it worldwide. Currently, I'm mixing in Chicago, California and Las Vegas.
