This song grew to mean so much. It started on a rainy day, 2006, and my dad had given me an old Sure SM58, so I mic'd up my bedroom window just at the perfect time, and nabbed the intro live. My guitar pedal was my Boss GT-8, recorded into a Zoom MRS-8, using a casio keyboard for the other parts. The song was supposed to represent the tenderness, fragility and franticness of life. However, I experienced a bereavement shortly after finishing this, and to cut a long and sad story short, this song was played at my best friend's funeral. RIP Matthew.
