    "Running in Circles"

    Verse1:
    Please hold back your energies
It's all the same with me
I've tried again and again to please

    Love was not a simile
    It's gotta go both ways
But you leave me here again on my knees

    Bridge:
    You bring me here
    To these tears

    Chorus:
    I'm running in circles
Each time I try I fall
    Though something was missing
    Even after all
    I keep on running

    Verse2:
Cut the chord and throw away
The mess you left of me
Your shaking hands say you're done with me

Bleed my blood then you will see
    The tide that rises me
You're all that's left of my fantasy

    Verse3:
Lose the lie and follow me
    I've gotta game to play
I try so hard I don't see your way

    You've been more than friendly
    My hope has gone away
My wish is for you to want to stay
