We are looking for Community and Customer Support Specialists who are passionate about helping people, and are self-motivated, natural problem solvers.
You’ll work with Product and Engineering teams to help keep the Community at the heart of everything that SoundCloud creates.


  • Your key focus is to support and help our Community, primarily via written channels (email, Twitter, etc.)
  • Be fulfilled by solving problems for others (community & product) and enjoy providing excellent customer service
  • Become a passionate internal advocate for the SoundCloud Community
  • Play a key role in growing and improving our culture/framework of great customer service


  • You’ve worked in a customer service environment and thoroughly enjoyed it
  • You’re tech savvy, you're the go-to-person for technical trouble-shooting
  • You’re a self-starter (especially when encountering difficult situations)
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in native-level English (additional languages welcome)
  • You care, you’re considerate and detail-oriented
  • You’re extremely well organized
  • You will thrive under the pressure of a fast-growing start-up
  • You have completed a degree or equivalent
  • You’re a great problem solver
  • You have a strong desire to learn
  • You're OK with working weekends
  • Bonus: You're interested in online copyright
