The 25 year old Portuguese musician singer-songwriter is bringing the fusion reggae movement into the troublesome times of the 21st century with controversial and meaningful lyrics.

His musical path began in his hometown Lisbon, Portugal, where he first started playing guitar on the beaches with his friends and fellow surfers. Since moving to the UK in 2005, Jesus has been performing his original material with talented musicians all over the country.

His first single release ‘Mind’ has been featured on the ‘A Kingdom United’ UK reggae music compilation last year. He also collaborated with Ripper Productions in the making of a Bob Marley remix cover of ‘Buffalo Soldier’ which has been played on various UK radio stations and dance floors all around the UK.

His album called The MessAge is the result of a decade dedicated to music and the outcome of thoroughly thought out compositions that call for a serious reconsideration of the system we have created and a plea for each human to engage in a profound self-reflection. As a multi-instrumentalist and producer, Jesus played the majority of the instruments and produced the album himself, which gives it a genuine and characteristic sound that evidently stands out from other current reggae productions.
