Well, I love your dark aggressive style. Guitar sounds pretty dangerously and harmonically. Good mix, keep on working...

In honor of "Rod Crackington" I tried for a Bonham feel here, separate delay on the bass & snare, driving driving, don't know if I got it. What do ya think? Just waiting for screaming vox to top it off. Drive it, Drive. Gotta say, name a tune Crack Rockington and it gets fewer listens? Wow. I... Drums from iPhone BEATMAKER with original guitar rock guitars. This track is about that wanting that just never goes away. The fever that never subsides. You can't control (well, actually you can, I'm just being dramatic). It harbors your being. Trapped in that endless island. You know what I'm t...Sonic Wharf Uploaded by JimStraynge Start following Send a message on January 22, 2009 04:47

iPhone's NOISE.IO combined with several different drum loop styles

This tune began on iphone using Noise.io overdub feature, starting with the monster bass riff preset, then overdubbed the rhythmic bell, and finally the woopwoopwoop sound. Used Noise.io server to transfer that WAV file to the PC real easy. Dropped WAV into Reaper and added some drum loops, and s...- The Chill Hive Artwork

I like the harmonic tension between the...whatever the plucky thing is (koto?)...and the bass.
- JimStraynge on January 24, 2009 10:01
@elemental1: Thanks, I got lucky here. iKoto offers different scales, that one zoned in.

"The Chill Hive" is a communication from the planet Randicle Jamicalus. It is a message of chill for the mind of a crazy upload. Dig to the Random Five Colors as you slip the spacial inside. Why so strange? Every instrument you hear was created on the IPHONE. Nothing is real. I Played the guitar ... Song started on iPhone Beatmaker with stock jazz "smooth" kit. Imported into Reaper. Used iPhone Noise.io to "improvise" "live" over this two times with different sounds. The Noise.io tracks were then heavily compressed, EQd, and reverbed, and one panned left, the other right.Beat-da-mange Uploaded by JimStraynge Start following Send a message on December 29, 2008 07:49

Track composed on iPhone with BEATMAKER, then imported into Audacity and mangled considerably. Slowed down several times, phased, flanged, and delayed, and sped back up a few times. Experimental.Bijorka Ruck Uploaded by JimStraynge Start following Send a message on December 28, 2008 02:55
Song started in iPhone's BEATMAKER using the "Rucker Park" kit. Then transferred that file in Reaper and added bass guitar both sampled loops and midi into NI's free Kore Player. Dropped some electronic strings in the mix, added some reverb (too much) and rendered to this track right here.
I'm lovin' that riff.
