Jimi Needles is a DJ and Turntablist from London, UK. Part of the Boogie Boutique collective & hailed as a ‘bootlegger extraordinaire’ on the blogosphere, he has quickly built a reputation as a live mashup artist, scratch DJ and party rocker!

With a crazy combo of scratch techniques, DIY bootlegs, funky beats and bass music, he is now starting to carve out his own distinguishable sound on the festival circuit, having already played Wessex Festival, Good Weekend, Jazz:Re:Found (Milan) and many others this year (2011). He currently holds residencies all over London & Edinburgh.

He is also the drummer and co-producer for soul diva Hannah Williams & The Tastemakers, recently signed to widely respected funk label Record Kicks with an album out worldwide spring 2012.
