I've listened to many of her songs, and really like her sound. There is occasionally a tendency to slur some words but it's not generally detracted in any way. However, I would say that in this song, I found it particularly difficult to follow the words. One thing I like about Jessica, is that she often has a creative and innovative style of lyrics. Following the words is something I look forward to with her songs, because they are as entertaining as the overall sound is in the music. It is certainly possible to have the tonal style she does, but still enunciate the words more clearly. I really am looking forward to the album, and will enjoy this song too. It would just be nicer if the song was more easily understood. In this case, I'll need to go look up the lyrics because I certainly couldn't get some of it from the audio part of the track.

Stuart, that is Jessica's natural and unique musical sound. If you listen to some of her other tracks you will find that it is consistent and natural in her singing. It is one of the qualities that that her followers admire because she can be recognized easily. In fact there are some other singers that are actually beginning to mimic her sound as indicated by a recent McDonald's television advertisement. Just thought you should know.

Jessica, I love the sound of this. However, I have to say that the lyrics on this were a little hard to follow. Many of the words were slurred, or sung with what sounded like an attempt at an accent. You have a beautiful voice, and I hope you take this as honest and helpful criticism. I'd love to hear this sung with a little more enunciation and clarity.

LOVE IT! Can not wait for the full release. I am noticing a lot of folk pop on the air waves lately and loving it. the reality of it all, is that a scout has not found you sooner then this. We should have heard you on the air waves way before now. I can not believe in the area you live in a scout didn't find ya. Keep it up, you have a great career and life ahead of ya. Get ready for a Wild Ride, because once this is released, you are going nothing but to the top!
