Jes Hernandez (sometimes under the alias of Jeser or just Jes) is more than just an everyday person, since his musical taste resides in a very selective control of quality and innovation rather than popularity and pretension. His approach lies between the experimental and the danceable. His innovation passes in a constant effort to mix the best of several worlds, thus creating a very authentic sound for fans eager for music beyond what they commonly listen.

Jes was the creator of the successful blog Kroto Music and has participated as in-house writer in the music section of the online magazine Fashion Victims. He was also a close collaborator of Coqueto, a creative group known for organizing alternative events in northern Mexico. Some of his sessions have been published in various blogs like Discobelle, Phase02, Random Circuits and Fashion Victims.

Jes Hernandez is also known for his numerous edits, which have received recognition from legends of the genre like Greg Wilson. Many of them are on the playlists of DJs from around the world, from Brazil to the UK and Berlin. Hernandez has performed in several major cities within the Mexican circuit of the electronic dance music such as Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Monterrey. He has also shared the booth with an extensive list of national and international DJ's.

Hernandez now lives in the tourist destination of Cancun, where he continues performing in most of the forums in the zone. His sessions have been heard in prestigious clubs such as La Santanera, O Ultra Lounge, Red by Blue Night Club, Los Danzantes, and The Lounge by Hyatt, where he had a residence for more than two years. He has also been included in the exclusive list of dj's featured during the festival Mi Casa Su Casa, a celebration of the purest deep and soulful house. He currently produces music with his fellow dj Oakie, with whom has created the duet Sodrum and Mixé Music label, both covering a fresh sound with a refined underground taste.
