Somebody put me on to Little Dragon recently as a stylistic reference point for some beats they wanted making, and I realised after a few listens that I really liked them, particularly Yukimi Nagano's vocals. At some point while I was listening to them it dawned on me that I should try and find one of her vocal tracks and build an instrumental around it like I usually do with rappers, so I did and now there's this. It's a short story, really.
Again, I have to thank Ivan Brajković for consulting my mixing choices.

@MrFlux: Haha, something like that. I sent it to a few blogs and one posted it (http://xmusic.fm/post/26803253201/ritual-union-little-dragon-jecht-rye-remix), and then it got reblogged a few hundred times from there. I calculated that for the first 48 hours after it was posted at that site, somebody was playing it every 9 seconds on average.

Infact - no. The cross falls on him & his soul is extracted by his body by demons because he's already in hell for child molesting & the rebels & political unrest is because he's too evil for a place in hell.

To summise, it's on some futuristic derelict chapel shit, where religion is all but eradicated except for one elderly priest who still practices and wears his dirty, flee ridden robes. When not practicing he hides from looters & his church pays the price for the political unrest outside. Eventually his church collapses from a fire & the cross falls on him. His soul then leaves the earth & he watches his chapel collapse in flames as he sinks into the sky. I got that from this track.
