What is JazzMidi Projects?
It's a compilation made up of my favorite house music influence tracks from around the world. I started collecting house back in 1984 and DJ'ed in clubs around the same time. I'm now retired from DJ'ing but always was interested in mixing my own playlists. So thats why I started the JazzMidi Projects. Take this journey with me while I re-discover house from my heart. "HOUSE IS A FEELING" so don't just listen to music! "FEEL THE MUSIC"

What is House?
House to me is a "FEELING". I "FEEL THE MUSIC". It has to be groovy, funky, soulful, with that gospel influence and repetitive with mid-tempo beats. Ahh man I love that sound!

What is Beach House?
and . . . why sub-categorize "House" music with "Beach-house"?
Ha ha - that's just me having some fun . The beach mix's are my favorite house tracks that I would listen to while people watching at the beach, walking in the city or just relaxing at home. Some of the tracks are beach related and some are not. Hell I may even toss in a trance or club track into the mix. Now don't let the name fool ya, you never know what kind of journey I planned for us or where we are going. So just sit back, listen and enjoy the ride!

What is Trance?
Trance to me is a musical journey and again a "FEELING" on where I want to take that journey. The sets are longer, generally around two or more hours. But that's just how I like them, long and enjoyable all the way thru from take off to landing.
