Growing up in the rural part of Denmark, JB found his predominant escape from the countryside quiet and boredom in Music. Artists like Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Theo Parrish, Tortoise and Aphex Twin led him down dark and mysterious alleys into a haven of the sounds
of the big city.

He started making music and DJ'ing in '98 at his local high school, and moved to Copenhagen the capital of
Denmark, after finishing his final exams in 2000. Ten years later, he is an
acclaimed producer and DJ in his native country producing and remixing high and
low, and internationally after his releases on Tartelet Records and Claude Von
Stroke's Mothership Music, which won the hearts of people like Carl Craig,
Martyn, Steve Bug and Anja Schneider.

As a DJ, he brings both house and techno together in a smooth but highly dynamic way, with deep chords for the soul, basslines for the heart, big kicks for the guys and sexy claps for the ladies. In the summer 2009 he released Lessons EP on Mothership and his
Symphonia 12” with Claude Von Stroke / Tomas Barfod remixes on Tartelet is out on Tartelet in early 2010.
