The piano and guitar both sound as if they have been processed with an overly aggressive Aurilizer. I would also say that you need to run the piano through an equalizer and push back the 4000 to 7000 Hz. The piano is way too harsh. This is too beautiful of a work to be spoiled by such a trivial issue.

Steven is correct. I think the problem is with the counter point between the guitar and piano. You need to separate them more pan to the right and left and perhaps less reverb on the piano.

It's a nice song and a good vocal performance, but I'm not sure about the acoustic guitar part. There's something about it that grates and detracts from the rest.
