It was January 22, 1989 when San Francisco 49ers defeated Cincinnati Bengals by the score 20-16 in Super Bowl XXIII. Almost 5 months later (June 29) Avidya saw his first light of day. Avidya developed an interest for music at an early age. At the age of 7 he was able to play his first song on the piano, “Kalle Johansson”, which is a classic Swedish piano anthem. In middle-school he started to play the guitar and created a rock band with four friends called “Falling Off”. The band had no major success, but Avidya developed an even further interest towards music. In high-school Avidya discovered the music program “FL-Studios” and he was instantly hooked. Since then he has worked his way up getting releases on Beatport and getting support and recognition by some of the bigger names in the industry.

Avidya is a 22 year old DJ and producer from Gothenburg, Sweden. He is determined to create electro and progressive house bangers that will blow everyone’s mind. Avidya tracks differ from each other where some songs have that rough and energetic beat that will blow the crowd away, while some tracks are more melodic and uplifting.
