Rubber Lips is a collective of musicians from West Yorkshire in the North of England revolving around the creative direction of one Robert Burbidge. Robert's project earned its name as a reference to his years as a professional and in-demand trumpet player, jamming live over the likes of Louis Vega, Utah Saints, and Plump DJs. Rubber Lips is a melting pot of styles and influences, creating a unique blend that captivates the listener. Eclectic acts like Jazzanova, Kruder & Dorfmeister, and Zero7 set the tone for Rubber Lips as the the project freely experiments with deep house, ambient-tinged trip hop, and jazzy dance floor workouts within the span of an EP.

His latest release through Itchy Pig Records will have you hooked from the moment you press play. The opening track includes the vocals from Jess Smethurst who completely mesmerisies right through the track. The whole EP is brilliant for any scenario, but especially a summer filled vibe.

So sit back and enjoy the wonderful sounds of Rubberlips and his crew.
