Dj introcut aka Mathew Moroni is member of the Fourthcity, a Seattle based record label and art crew. Intro has been DJing for over 13 years. Mathew spins many different styles of music, hip hop, downtempo, future beats, house, dubstep, techno, soul, dub, disco, boogie, electro, 80s/90s, funk, modern soul, punk, metal, jazz etc... Introcut is also a super nerdy record collector and loves Duck Tales on 8 bit Nintendo. He has been a resident DJ for over 7 years at the Lo-Fi Performance Gallery's Tuesday night, "STOP BITING"... One of Seattle's longest lasting hip hop / break dance nights. It features two rooms of music, the back room features breakers and a dance party vibe. The front lounge features future space beats, soul, funk, downtempo, dubstep and more. Stop Biting includes other resident DJs Absolute Madman, WD4D, Eardrumz, Same Dna, Sho Nuph, Sean Cee, Zac Hendrix, Madmax, AC Lewis, and Hideki. Plus MC hosts Sage Nomad, Asun aka Suntonio Bandanaz & Orb. Cut is also part of another DJ crew called TRASHY TRASH. The Trashy Trash DJs are Same Dna, Introcut, Claude Balzac, Mad Max & new members Colin Jones, Freaky Outty, Nate Detroit, and Al Nightlong. Most of them are clocking in at around 12+ years of DJing experience. Their most recent endeavors include a collaboration with SNAP! 90s Dance Party crew out of Portland, Oregon. SNAP! happens once a month a the Holocene. They also throw a party of sleazy disco, funk, house and soul. You can catch Trashy Trash parties at The Sunset Tavern, Holocene (PDX) and the Lo-Fi. Introcut is also guest artist on the debut album from Truckasauras, "Tea Parties Guns & Valor". Adding scratches to track #1 called "Introcut" feat Dj Introcut.
