About
Insertion (aka Silviu Gabriel Petean) knows daylight in May 1986.
Born and raised in Bucharest, he will become one of the most enthusiastic supporters of trance movement in Romania. Nowadays he focuses on the psychedelic side of trance.
By the end of 2008, he made his debut at Cocoloco Music Club mixing for the first time in front of 200 trance-addicts.
Between 2009 and 2010, he had a lot of gigs, mixing in many clubs: Silver Club, Suburbia, Stamba, Apasu, Club Flow, Soviet Club.
2010 brings more opportunities for Insertion to exercise his mixing skills. House Parade Timisoara / Hard Force Stage (July 31th) and Trance Vibrations 5th Edition @ Anpora Music Arena in Timisoara (September 10th) were the most important events for him.
In 2011 Insertion performed live in warm-up for Claudia Cazacu and Ferry Tayle.
Nowadays his style is a smooth blend of deep, tech and progressive grooves filled with heavy techno gems.
Today he is the host of a monthly radioshow called SoundWaves, airing on the first Monday of the month between 21:00-22:00 (19GMT-20GMT) on TranceNet Radio (www.trancenet.ro).
