Being an upcoming act, your sound may be compared to wayne's so remember to remain original, people will respect that more rather than trying to sound like someone else
-
@Ms.C-U-B: Wayne?? Nah I would have to raise the pitch of my voice a few semitones lol. Don't compare me to wayne just cause im from N.O.

you shouldnt wait to long to start your vocals on a track. Most a&r reps will want to feel the sontg immediatly, if you dont catch them within the first 3 to 5 seconds you might not get a second chance.

I do have to say that the productions do not compliment the lyrical concept in this track. I feel the lyrics are strong but the productions don't allow the song to become effective. Lean new ways to become creative with your arrangements. Its the fabic of your materail

Ok so whats the whole purpose of making music. Is everyone gonna talk about how fresh and how fly you are. I think that in order to keep someone listening to your music, you have to hit them from an emotional level. Being fly and fresh is materialistic level that has been done already. That concept has been marketed out. Give us something that we can related to.Be more intense with your artistry.

What the hell is going on with this beat, it makes me dizzy. Man you got some skills show more passion in your delivery, get more creative hooks for your audience, if your looking for one. and get connected and work with some producers at IdoMusic you can meet them every first Thursday at center stage.

I was expecting more from this song. The lyrics were not that great and I just kept waiting for something to make the beat drop or something. It was not a song that would grab someone's attitude like "I gotta listen to this guy." You have potential though just work at it a little more.
-
@ThatGirlDe: If everything sounded like you expected then all music in the world would sound the same. If your spend some money on your sound system and listem to this on a big room system you might hear the difference between the music that is on the radio which is over compressed and music that has push and pull.

This is a straight song. I cant see this necessarily on the radio, but if it were on a CD I wouldnt skip this track. This is a good album filler. The production is cool and you have a good sound.
