I heard this track FAAARRRR too many times at Secret Garden Party considering I only walked past the dance tent about 10 times. Still I couldn't help but love the ravey part and I do love a good bass drop.
One sober afternoon idea, one .wav purchase and one drunken night after the pub = my bray-ks edit of this popular monster.
THIS IS AN EDIT OF SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK. PLEASE GIVE THEM LOVE AND MONEY:

@davedave: As I said this is only an edit, I take no credit for doing anything other than moving the beats around, making some sections longer/shorter and adding some percussion loops.
I used Ableton Live, sliced the audio into a midi channel and strategically took the kicks and snares that had the synth parts that fitted with them and placed them in the new locations, then took other non-beat synth hits to fill the gaps where I'd had to take the original beats out. Nothing too clever, just took a little time and patience. Using a beat repeat/cut up/roll plugin would have doubled the amount of drums and made the synths awful.
Hope that helps.

did you just still the track in virtual dj and use that cut up thing?
