try adding a pitched riser in this build up, it usually adds some serious tension. also, try to work some leads in here. this track would be way fat if you could fit a solid melody line

and try adding some 16th note triplets at the beginning of you 4 bar hihat loops when it drops, i dont here that much of it in tech house much, but it fits it really well

also, i think that downward sweep would be really cool if you warped it out to about twice the length and added a little bit of distortion to it

also if you layer your snare with a more hollow snare, a darker snare, and a mid range 808 snare, it'll make it sound a lot fatter.

I like your sample work a lot, i think the kick drum is a little boxy and a little too loud and distorted. try taking it down 2 db and putting a lowpass filter on it
