Another exploration in delays that produced what I think was an interesting rhythm pattern.
@Oliver Cobbin: Thanks for the visit and listen. It is a bit of a pleasure for this old man to finally have listeners to the "vault" and not have the hounds set loose, or get those "odd looks!" It is quite a pleasure for me just to get a few listens to the "rather odd" side of me kept in the closet all these years!
@RUSTYSTRINGZ: I do not visit the Sound Cloud like I used to, but thanks for the visit and listen. Some of these tracks were just doodling and some of it went farther than I intended - they just went on. Several of these have never been heard by anyone but myself until Sound Cloud. Fun is fun - but I eventually abandoned electric for my Love of Acoustic. I have not touched an electric anything in many years now!
This is very much like the things i do...i try allsorts of sounds not really knowing what to expect and then suddenly you stummble across something that when you play it back you think ahhh that sounds pretty good.....and then if your like me you can,t remember how in the hell you got that sound in the first place ha ha!!:):)...keep em coming..but remember to write down the settings:):)...nice Dodododod though:)
nice phaser/flanger sound!
@◄Jungle♦DOG►: Thanks George - I think the guitar was in a silly mood that day! I do like the rhythm thingy that came about!
@donnie-bugden: Thanks Donnie! Most of these digital adventures were really exploring the buttons, knobs and new toys - a step outside my comfortable zone but I think the offer idea for some good tunes so I kept the recordings instead of erasing them as they were not meant to be anything except a try this, or try that sort of thing!
@SuperBunny!: Thanks much!
@Optimum Vulnerability: Thanks much! These tracks are stumbles into that unknown !
very unique !:)) sounds nice :)))
music like this makes me want to rome a beach, this is great ima fan for sure
@fat-old-man: Seems to me that this is "out there somewhere!"
@Tiho Krstic: Thanks for listening to a "sound adventure" that somehow came my way!
@brick-suckin-curtain-lair: Thnaks! A bit of a sidetrack for me and a recorded search for ideas! This one produced results, I think, that will result in something else. I never expected these tracks would ever be considered anything more than interesting little side trips!
Excellent work Terry!
Great sounds and atmosphere!
@Milco Huisman: Thanks Milco! I sort of feel silly uploading these as they truly are well outside my usual efforts and done quite privately. These were explorations and trying to get familiar with electronic toys. But so many ideas came about I ended up keeping them in hopes I could pull legitimate tunes and efforts from them. Originally I intended to erase them once I got the hang of how the effects worked!
woww Terry Nice sounds !!!
@colin crighton: Thanks Colin. Most of the settings were based on what my friends had and were doing as I was so inexperienced with things like that. This was a bit more what I could find going on but sound wise not that far from what my friends were showing me. I saved this aside special as I so like the doo doo doo doot rhythm like thing and that was truly an accident that just happened along the way. I have tapped that out on counter tops using a knife and fork and salt shakers, edges of dishes and plates, rims of a cup and glass. Doo doo doo doot is quite catchy to me!
man, you're having fun here terry! i love this whole beauty of experimentation.. bending sounds in different directions and seeing what you can find... also started to notice a very nice hendrixy tone in there.. lovely.. could also hear some tinarawin type west african chanting over the top... lovely :)
More! 21st Century Gold imo.
l am racked with purple haze...always giving me memories, haa!
Excessive flanger that clears back up slowly - like coming back into focus!
I like the rhythm pattern on this!
