great thick guitar sound there.. is that beat repeat on it? It's great.
-
@kristofferpaulsen: Nah. No beat repeat, it was a combination of whammy bar, editing and follow actions. When i first started using Live i loved beat repeat, but i have kinda gotten over it in the last couple of years

You've got a pretty mental guitar style. Excellent :)

Another finished in Live 8. This one was started in Live 7 though. More guitar silliness. This one was inspired by the beatles "A day in the life" and "Revolution #9". The whole thing was based around the section that starts about midway through, i tagged the beginning and the end on later. I wan...- Call it what you want. Artwork

It's almost sound collage. Like that twangy "lead" guitar.

Its Feb 1'st here in New Zealand. I was up early and so i opened the live 8 beta and set about gleaning orphaned guitar sounds from off my hard drive. Added a few new ones, and then twisted them all about until they where not what they used to be. The whole thing was about eight hours of actua... - Ionic messing.... Artwork

NICE!... Didn't expect that;)
-
@The Inpsyda: I like surprises. Working in lives session view kinda makes me create these left turns. If you want to hear how bananas it can get, take a listen to my more guitar centric pieces..

All done with my new alesis ion. Well, the drum are samples and cut up loops.. Recorded and arranged in Live 7, all FX are live devises.. you can probably tell, i like using live. Mixed in a hurry using head phones. as usual, comments welcome and encouraged. - Big up get down Artwork

This is an example of my other self. All synth, no guitars. Lots of Nord Modular, Reaktor and novation nova. All wrapped up and mixed in side Live. - Oh no! There's more? Artwork

loving the guitars
-
@Jean-Anton: Cool... I tried posting in the first comment, but the system really doesn't seem to like the return key. The bass is huge!!!.. it kinda sticks out like dogs ball on here, i tend to mix on head phones and some times the balance turns out strange once listened in the bright light of day...

This one continues the theme of reckless disregard for the sensibilities of others. Only this time with the super extra added benefit of thick freaky Nord Modular G2 goodness. - Country dubbng Artwork

78 Plays71 Downloads mp3A mangle of guitars and glitchy loops created in Live using an old and heavily modified/butchered fender strat, a line 6 pod X3L and live FX and devices. Some of the sound where created as the session progressed, others where scavenged from around my hard drive.
Bass!
