Kovacs "Vortex EP"

Longtime friend and Hiperbole Jazz ambassador Kovacs a.k.a. Nandor Kürtössy was getting attention when he released his
Eastern Block EP on the hungarian Budabeats Netlabel. Three years later he now releases his debut album on the hungarian
Chameleon Records label which will be an exclusive give-away.
The Vortex EP represents a selection of previously unreleased tracks from his album. His production sound comes with a
skalpel-esque attitude and offers a wonderful journey through his jazzed up mind. Deep sounding drums and some catchy
and glitchy sounds come along fine tuned double-bass lines.
Kovacs music contains a lot of subtle details which are woven to a bright mosaic of sounds and he has a perfect feeling for
composing his brew of deep Jazz sounds into a mind-tripping journey for the listener.
