    freeimprov

This is the first entry in a series of telephone-improv games I'm playing with people. This was sent to my buddy Eli - he'll improvise against it without prior listening and send me his recorded track, then I'll do the same thing against his.

There are some interesting ideas here, I think. It creates a perpetual one-sided conversation between improvisors - only one person can react at a time. It also calls attention to form in a big way. If you're like me (short attention span, tendency to change textures quickly in a group setting), you have to really take care to cue changes in an auditory way - and that's cool and useful.

    We'll see where this goes.
