New signings for 2010 on First Word, Herma Puma met through a shared love of obscure jazz, library and funk records. The transatlantic Hip Hop duo (Pimpernel Jones (UK) and Simple X (US)) quickly started to produce beats together. Their style of head nodding grooves are a melting pot of the last hundred years of music flipped into fresh production for today. Check out tracks from the album and purchase it this mid July, preceded by a limited edition 7″.
