Hellequin is a one-man Nethereal Darkwave project. Taking influence from such diverse acts as Black Tape for a Blue Girl, Star of Ash, Ulver, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Swallow the Sun, Draconian, and sunnO))), the aim of the project is to combine the serene qualities of Ethereal Darkwave with the dissonance and harsh vocals of Death/Black Metal. All percussion is created by manipulating select "found" sounds and sequencing them. For examples, see the "Bits" set. The "Fragments" set is a collection of works-in-progress and the "Pieces" set is a collection of completed tracks.
