Inspired by sunshine, life and very nice people, Helguera & Dominicus are destined to brighten life with their warm summer vibe. No matter if they play a soulful warm up or a techy closing set, you can always feel the sunshine in their sets. Because summer is the only season they know.

Helguera (Martin Hoogerwaard) & Dominicus (Markus Driessen) became a duo in 2008, as well dj-ing as producing. The first two years they used to define their sound: Real housemusic with latin and tribal influences. Their music is like a global trip to the most exotic places we have on Mother Earth.

Since 2010 they have been playing at well known concepts as Latin Lovers, Nikki Beach and Metz on Sundays and in clubs like Monza Utrecht, Vie Rotterdam, Bloomingdale en Rex Hilversum. And the list is still expanding.

In 2010 Helguera & Dominicus did an edit of 'DJ Gregory & Gregor Salto - Canoa'. The track was picked up by The 'S-man' Roger Sanchez. He played it several times in his podcast Release Yourself. It was a sign to produce more tracks, which resulted in releases on Chega and Funktion Recordings. In 2011 Martin and Markus started producing more tech-house with Brothers in the Booth. Their first production was a bootleg of 'Adele - Rolling in the Deep' and received support by Roger Sanchez (again!), Abel Ramos and Patrick M (Space Miami). The track was one of the most played tracks at the WMC Miami 2011.
