Eric Hausmann is a multi-faceted American musician and composer. He began his musical training on violin, cello and trumpet at age six and started composing original music in his teens. With an obsession for writing and recording music spanning over three decades, Eric has appeared on dozens of albums, scored soundtracks and released nine of his own solo albums. A multi-instrumentalist, his favorite musical tool is the guitar, but he also has a talent for numerous percussion styles and various methods of sound design. In the late 80's Eric founded Spilling Audio, a cassette-only independent record label as a way to promote and distribute his original music, and to produce and collaborate with other artists. Born and raised in upstate New York, Eric now lives in Portland, Oregon where he makes and records music in his own fully equipped Logic Pro studio.
